Lounge Access
2 domestic visits/quarter
0 international visits/quarter
8 complimentary domestic lounge visits per Cardmembership year, capped at 2 per quarter and available only to the basic Cardmember. Unused quarterly visits do not carry forward. Access requires a same-day departure ticket and a ₹2 authorisation on the Amex EDC terminal at the lounge. Access to the American Express Proprietary Lounge is not included. Beyond the 2 free quarterly visits the Cardmember pays the lounge's discounted rate. Priority Pass membership is complimentary (US$99 fee waived) but every Priority Pass visit costs US$35 per person, so international lounge access is not complimentary.
Fuel Surcharge Waiver
No convenience fee at HPCL fuel stations on transactions below ₹5,000. Above that, 1% applies at HPCL, 1% (minimum ₹10) at BPCL and IOCL, and 2.5% (minimum ₹10) at all other oil companies. Note that fuel spends earn no Membership Rewards Points on this Card.
