The HDFC Bank All Miles Credit Card is part of HDFC's legacy Reward Points range and earns 3 Reward Points per ₹200 at ₹0.2 a point — about 0.3%.

A legacy travel-flavoured card whose branding promises more than its rate delivers. These are older products that HDFC still services but no longer promotes, and their economics have moved against holders twice in recent years.

Reward Structure: How You Earn

The card earns 3 Reward Points per ₹200 — 0.3% at the ₹0.2 redemption rate.

HDFC moved this card from ₹150 to ₹200 earning blocks on 15 May 2026 — a real 25% cut to accrual with no change to what a point is worth. Any page still quoting a ₹150 basis is out of date.

The point valuation here is an estimate, not an issuer figure. HDFC publishes no redemption table for this card. This dataset uses ₹0.20, anchored on the only two legacy HDFC cards that do publish one — Solitaire at 100 points = ₹20 and Titanium Edge at 100 points = ₹10. The observed range is therefore ₹0.10 to ₹0.20, and ₹0.10 is a live possibility for this card too. If it applies, every percentage below is double what it should be.

HDFC's page carries a stale line. It advertises "2X Reward Points for hotel bookings, mobile recharge and shopping" as a benefit — but 2X sits below the 3-point base rate, which is impossible for an accelerated band. It is leftover text from an older rate structure, and this review does not record it as a live benefit.

Category Restrictions: Where You Won't Earn

  • Where you earn nothing: Earns nothing at all: fuel; EasyEMI and e-wallet loading; rent, property management, maintenance and packers-and-movers; government transactions; education paid through third-party apps such as CRED, Cheq or MobiKwik (paying a college or school directly still earns); and online skill-based gaming. Points are also REVERSED if a retail transaction is later converted to SmartEMI.
  • Point expiry: Reward Points are valid for 24 months from accrual and lapse thereafter — HDFC states 'Unredeemed Reward Points will expire/lapse after 2 years of accumulation'.
  • Redemption fee: ₹99 per redemption.

Is the HDFC Bank All Miles Credit Card Worth It?

At 0.3%, this card does not compete with anything currently sold. ₹50,000 of monthly spending returns about ₹150.

Two things apply across HDFC's whole legacy range and both work against these cards. The first is the May 2026 block change, which cut accrual by a quarter. The second is that the point valuation is unpublished, so the real return could be half what is stated here.

Anyone choosing a new HDFC card should look at the current range instead. PIXEL Go at ₹250 pays a flat 1% in CashPoints worth ₹1 each — several times what any legacy card returns, with no valuation guesswork.

HDFC's Fair Usage Policy caps the legacy range at 15,000 Reward Points earned per statement cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the HDFC Bank All Miles Credit Card earn rate? 3 Reward Points per ₹200, which is 0.3% at the ₹0.2 redemption rate. The card moved from a ₹150 block on 15 May 2026.

What is a point worth? ₹0.2. HDFC publishes no redemption table for this card, so this is an estimate anchored on the legacy cards that do publish one — the real figure could be as low as ₹0.10.

Should I apply for this card? No. It is a legacy product. PIXEL Go at ₹250 pays a flat 1% in CashPoints worth ₹1 each, which is several times better with no valuation guesswork.

How much can I earn per statement cycle? HDFC's Fair Usage Policy caps the legacy range at 15,000 Reward Points earned per statement cycle.

Does All Miles give 2X on hotels and recharges? HDFC's page says so, but the figure is below the card's own base rate, which means it is stale text from a previous structure rather than a live accelerated band.

What does it not earn on? Fuel, rent, wallet loads, government payments, third-party education apps and online gaming earn nothing, and points are reversed if a purchase is converted to SmartEMI.
