Kotak Corporate Wealth Signature Credit Card Review 2026: No Fee, 37.2% APR, 2 Lounges a Quarter & F

The Kotak Corporate Wealth Signature is the top of Kotak's corporate travel-and-entertainment range and the only card in it with no fee at all — nil joining, nil annual. It also carries the lowest interest rate in the corporate range at 3.10% a month (37.20% APR), 2 domestic lounge visits a quarter with no spend gate, seven travel insurance covers, and both surcharge waivers.

The honest caveat first: Kotak does not publish a reward rate for this card, or for any card in its corporate range. The page promises "Earn high cash back" and "Redeem your points every quarter" and never puts a number to it. The corporate MITC explains why — the incentive is negotiated with each company individually.

A fees-page error worth knowing about

The fees-and-charges page served under this card's URL is headed "Corporate Platinum" — a copy-paste error on Kotak's site.

The figures beneath it are nonetheless this card's, and you can check that from the numbers themselves: the interest rate reads 3.10% (37.2% annualised) against the Corporate Platinum's 3.30% (39.6%), and the corporate MITC's own interest table gives 3.10%/37.20% for the Corporate Wealth Signature row. The joining and annual fees both read Nil, where the Corporate Platinum is Nil/₹999.

So the numbers are right and the header is wrong. Worth mentioning if you're comparing the two products from Kotak's own pages.

Rewards: what is and isn't known

What Kotak states:

  • "Earn high cash back when spent through your Kotak Corporate Wealth Signature Credit Card"
  • Points can be redeemed every quarter by calling the Customer Service Desk
  • The cash rebate is credited in your next billing cycle

What the corporate MITC adds:

  • Clause 7.1: the Incentive Program is offered "at the exclusive discretion of the Kotak Bank, and may vary from Card to Card", with the accrual rate and qualifying spends communicated to each corporate by a Commercial Card Relationship Manager by email
  • Clause 7.3.13: the incentive is paid to the corporate, by funds transfer, NEFT or RTGS
  • Clause 7.3.21: reward points expire two years from the date earned, with no prior intimation (business card customers get an SMS five days before)

What is never stated: points per rupee, the value of a point, accelerated categories, caps, or any MCC exclusion list.

The incentive can be withdrawn

Conditions with no parallel on a retail card:

  • Forfeited if the corporate has a delinquent card account at the start of the programme or during it
  • Not paid for a year in which the Commercial Card Program is not renewed
  • Nullified if Kotak closes the programme or the card account
  • Clause 7.3.10: if the client doesn't upload invoices and Kotak can't claim input credit, the bank may recover from future incentive or close the cards

Lounge Access

2 complimentary visits every calendar quarter to select domestic lounges in India, with no spend gate.

That last part matters. Kotak gates several of its retail cards behind a previous-quarter spend threshold — ₹75,000 on the Kotak Biz and Royale Signature, ₹60,000 on the Kotak Air. The corporate range appears in none of those groups, which is the right design for an employee card: you don't want a salesperson's lounge access depending on last quarter's expense volume.

A discrepancy to flag: Kotak's bank-wide lounge terms list "Corporate Wealth" among the cards in the Priority Pass international programme, but this card's own page mentions only domestic access and states no international entitlement. This review records no international access and flags the conflict. If the lounge terms are right, the card is better than described here — worth asking.

Insurance

What the card actually does

Past the rewards question, this is an expense-management product:

One company limit, distributed by you — by hierarchy, by designation, or however the company chooses.

Consolidated billing. One payment covers every employee card. No employee pays anything or chases a reimbursement.

Kotak Visa IntelliLink — vendor-wise tracking by employee, statistical data retrievable at any time to see which employee spent where and how much, and budgeting against it.

Customised company name printed on the card as a differentiator between corporate and personal cards.

A dedicated service manager for card details, limits, and lost or stolen cards.

No forex to carry. Employees travelling on business use the card rather than drawing currency, and keep no vouchers for reimbursement.

Railway surcharge waiver1.8% / 2.5%, capped at ₹500 a calendar year

The 3.10% monthly rate is the lowest in Kotak's corporate range — below the Corporate Platinum and Gold at 3.30%, and well below the 3.75% most retail cards charge.

The 20% minimum amount due is far steeper than the 1%-plus-charges formula on retail cards. On a corporate-liability card the company clears the full balance monthly so it rarely bites, but on an individual-liability variant it's a serious obligation.

The waived-fee list is long and useful at scale. Card replacement, duplicate statements, charge-slip retrieval, outstation cheques, ATM machine surcharge, non-parent-bank balance enquiry and WebPay are all free. Across a fleet of employee cards those charges add up fast.

Both surcharge waivers apply, and unlike the Corporate Platinum's they carry no "paid annual fee variant only" qualification — which makes sense, since this card has no fee variant to distinguish.

What the corporate fee schedule does not list: the special-category transaction fees Kotak charges retail cardholders on rent, wallet loading, utilities, education, government payments, fuel, transport and online gaming. Their absence fits a business travel card, but it's an absence of information rather than a confirmed absence of charge.

How employees use it

  • The card is meant for official expenses. Personal spend appears on the consolidated corporate bill and must be settled with your employer
  • You don't pay the bill. No late payment worries, no reimbursement claims
  • Cash withdrawal is not active, so there's no cash advance facility to misuse
  • The card is valid internationally at Visa merchants worldwide

This is the best of the three on every line that's published — no fee, the lowest rate, lounge access with no variant qualification. If your company is being offered a choice across the corporate range, this is the one to ask for.

Who Should Get It

Good fit if:

  • Your company wants consolidated billing and employee-level spend visibility through Visa IntelliLink
  • Employees fly domestically and would use eight lounge visits a year
  • You value travel insurance bundled rather than bought
  • You're issuing a fleet and want service fees at zero
  • You're prepared to negotiate the incentive rather than read it off a page

Look elsewhere if:

  • You want a published, comparable reward rate — no Kotak corporate card has one
  • Employees fly internationally and need lounge access abroad — the card page states none, though Kotak's lounge terms suggest otherwise
  • You're an individual or proprietor — the Kotak Biz is the self-employed product and it publishes its rates

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this card for individuals? No. It's issued to companies, which assign limits to employees. Applications go through a corporate relationship.

What's the fee? Nil joining and nil annual — the only card in Kotak's corporate range with no fee at all.

How many reward points does it earn? Not published. The corporate MITC says the Incentive Program is set per corporate at the bank's discretion and emailed by a relationship manager. Ask for the rate in writing.

Who receives the rewards? The corporate, not the employee. Redemption is arranged quarterly through the customer service desk, and the rebate is credited in the next billing cycle.

Do reward points expire? Yes, two years from the date earned. No prior intimation, though business card customers get an SMS five days before.

How much lounge access do I get? 2 complimentary domestic visits per calendar quarter, with no spend gate. The card page states no international access, though Kotak's bank-wide lounge terms list "Corporate Wealth" in the Priority Pass programme — confirm with the bank.

Can I withdraw cash? No. ATM withdrawal, call-a-draft, fund transfer and cash advance all show NA.

Why does the fees page say "Corporate Platinum"? A copy-paste error on Kotak's site. The figures beneath are this card's — the 3.10% interest rate and nil fees don't match the Corporate Platinum.

What's the interest rate? 3.10% a month, 37.20% APR — the lowest in Kotak's corporate range.

Fees, benefits and terms verified against the Kotak Corporate Wealth Signature Credit Card product page, its fees-and-charges and FAQ pages, the Kotak domestic lounge list and the Kotak Corporate Credit Card MITC dated 30 March 2020, as at 23 September 2026. The corporate MITC is six years older than the retail MITC; the fees-and-charges page is preferred where they differ. The reward rate is not published in any of these sources.
